This Privacy Policy describes how Q.B Architects ("we", "us", "the academy") collects, uses, and safeguards personal data when you visit our website, create an account, or enrol in the Professional Revit Masterclass.

We collect only what the academy needs to operate:

- Purchase records — order identifiers, amount, currency, payment provider reference. We never store full card numbers.
- Learning activity — lesson progress, bookmarks, notes, and the active device session used to enforce single-device access.

2. How we use your data
- To provide access to the masterclass and your dashboard.
- To process payments, issue invoices, and prevent fraud.
- To maintain a single active session per account and protect the academy's content.

- To improve the curriculum and platform based on aggregated, non-identifying learning analytics.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the masterclass you purchased), legitimate interest (security and platform protection), and your explicit consent for any optional marketing communications.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the academy — payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), video infrastructure (Mux / Cloudflare / Bunny), email delivery, and our hosting backend — under strict data-processing agreements.

Account and order records are retained for the lifetime of the account and for the legally required period for invoicing and tax purposes after closure. Learning activity is retained only while your account is active.

Personal data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Authentication tokens are short-lived and rotated automatically. Lesson video is delivered through signed URLs that expire on every request.
