We want every architect who enrols to feel that the academy was worth their investment. If the Professional Revit Masterclass is not the right fit, we offer a transparent refund within the conditions below.
1. Eligibility
- The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
- No more than 20% of the course content has been viewed at the time of the request.
- Practice files, families, and templates have not been redistributed.
- The account has not been suspended for a violation of our Terms.
2. What is non-refundable
- Activation codes that have already been redeemed are non-refundable.
- Live one-to-one reviews and consultations that have already taken place.
- Discounted bundles after the 14-day window has elapsed.
3. How to request a refund
Write to billing@qb-architects.com from the email address on your account, including your order reference and a brief note on what we could have done better. We review every refund request manually.
4. Processing time
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank transfer refunds can take up to 15 business days depending on intermediary banks.
5. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding access is removed from the account, including any downloaded resources. You are welcome to re-enrol at any future date.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer — direct resolution is always faster and we are committed to a fair outcome.
