These Terms govern your use of the Q.B Architects academy platform ("the platform"). By creating an account or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by them.
1. The academy
Q.B Architects is a professional architecture academy founded and operated by Arch. Qossay Barbakh. We publish courses, downloadable resources, and a private community for enrolled architects.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be 16 years or older to create an account, and you must provide accurate, current information. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Each account is bound to a single active device session at any time; signing in on a new device releases the previous session.
3. Enrolment & licence
On purchase, the academy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to access the purchased course and its downloadable resources for personal professional use. Re-distribution, public re-broadcast, mirroring, or screen-recording of lesson content is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All curriculum, video, audio, downloadable files, templates, families, and written material on the platform remain the intellectual property of Q.B Architects and its founder. Practice files are provided so you can complete exercises; you are free to use derived models in your own professional projects but may not republish the source files.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to download, capture, or redistribute lesson videos.
- Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform security, device controls, or signed URLs.
- Do not use the community channels for spam, harassment, or commercial solicitation.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Payments
Prices are listed in US Dollars with optional display in Turkish Lira. Payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal, or supervised bank transfer. All taxes due in your jurisdiction are your responsibility unless explicitly displayed at checkout.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Live sessions & community
Live sessions, reviews, and community participation are offered at the academy's discretion and are not guaranteed for any specific course tier unless explicitly listed.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". While we strive for continuous availability and quality, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Q.B Architects under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course during the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm the academy or its students. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Istanbul.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard before they take effect.
